Providing & Fixing Metacolour sheets PPGI (PRE PAINTED GALVANIZED IRON SHEET) with colour coated sheet top side offwhite/pure white and bottom side gray colour as usual. In every bay of 5 meters provide white colour sheet and after 5 meters interval provide 2 green or Blue colour sheets at every bays alternately if possible. The PPGI sheet should be of trafford corruagted profile sheet of 0.70 mm thickness having unit weight (5.45 Kg per Sqm. to 5.70 Kg per Sqm.) FOR ROOFING AND VERTICAL CLADDING including crimpings sheet with fixing by self drilling tapping threaded screws having locking arrangment with nuts and rubber washers as per standard drawing and design, fixing nut bolts by electric drilling machine in line and level, with required scaffolding, lifting mechanism, hoisting etc. complete. as directded by engineer in-charge (work is at approximately 15 meters height.) Providing & fixing polynum heat insulation sheet 4mm thickness material having detail properties such as Emmissiuty 3%, reflectivity 97%, heat resistance 16%, scratch resistant both sides, thickness 4.00mm, close cell clear PE bubble cover both sides with atleast 8 micron thickness anticorrosive alluminuium foil both sides, this heat resistant material is to be fixed at the roof level below Metacoloursheet PPGI sheet between purlins and sheet fixed with sealent & jointing it with bitumnus alluminuium tape, water proof jointable silicon sealent material as directed by engineer-in charge with necessary self taping, drilling threded screw fitting with GI Wire16 gauge @ 0.20 meter, center to center on lenth & diagonal at every purline bays side etc. complete as directed by engineer-in charge.
