Providing and Fixing chicken mesh on RCC beams, facias etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Pre-wetting the surface adequately and allowing to saturated surface dry conditions and applying coating of acrylic polymer based Acrocrete or equivalent make mixed with cement slurry @ 2 Kg. per bag of cement for proper bonding of old and new surface complete in position as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dashing Cement concrete 1:1½ :3 in R.C.C. beams, stairs, slabs, facias etc of average thickness 1” excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including curing of the concrete complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Removing rust from reinforcement bars by applying Liquid Rust Remover of Pidilite or equivalent make and cleaning the bars by scrubbing with wire brushes and washing with water and further repeating the process for heavily rusted bars till the rust free surface is achieved as per Manufacturers Specifications complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Chipping loose concrete average 1” thickness of Facias – RCC beams- chajjas Stairs, Slabs, Columns - etc. removal of loose mortar and cleaning the surface thoroughly to remove dust particles complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone DSR 11.29.1

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
