1Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)
2Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).
3Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yard manure/ animel dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials.
4Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc., including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift upto 1.5m complete. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.Planting hedge plants in two rows at 30cm apart.
5Planting of trees ( Avenue plants) in 0.60m dia holea, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials but excluding cost of tree.
6Ornamental brick edging (75 mm wide) in compound roads, gardens etc. with 1st class or picked jhama bricks laid diagonally on end and with a corner slightly raised from the adjoining surface thus giving saw tooth appearance including cutting trench laying bricks and repacking the trench thoroughly on both sides of the edging complete as per direction.
7Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc.i) Furcaria veriegated 10-12 leaves in height 20-30cm in earthen pots of size 25cm.
8ii) Rangon chineese of size not less than 20cm
9iii) Duranta goldianna of size not less than 20cm
10iv) Acalypha species ( Red/Green) of height 30cm-90cm in earthen pots of size 25cm.
11v) Bougainvillea (mix variety) of height 30cm-90cm in polybag of size 10cm-15cm.
12vi)Croton different varieties of height 30 cm to 90 cm in earthen pots of size 20 cm.
13vii)Areca Palm 4 - 5 suckers of height 90 cm to 105 cm in earthen pots of size 25 cm.
14viii)Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis of height 90 cm to 60 cm in earthen pots of size 20 cm.
15ix)Dracaena (Song of India) of height 30 cm to 90 cm in earthen pots of size 20 cm.
16x)Supply of disease free healthy potted drooping debdaru sapling 3.5( three and half) if and above hight (including carriage site and unloading)
17xi)Supply of disease free healthy potted Thuja sapling above 3 ( three ) if hight (including carriage site and unloading)
18xii)Supply of mini Tagar
19Maintenance of garden by engaging killed labour for spreading fertilizer, medicine,watering ,removing debris,wild grass,fallen leaves etc.,lawn moving and keeping the area properly clean.Including supply of fertilizer (bone dust-har guro,sing chach,suphala-14:35,gobar sar etc.,)medicine,insectisidesetc etc.as and when required as per condition of site and regular interval and as direction and instruction of E.L.I.and respective specialist roof by engaging method mazdoor once in week.(1500 sqm X 12 month= 18000)
