The system shall support various operational modes, including Immediate Control, Temporary Auto, User Defined Time, Astronomical with provision for offset adjustments, Astro Fix Mode, and Interval Mode with 24 interval for effective scheduling. It shall incorporate an inbuilt energy metering facility capable of measuring all essential three-phase electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power factor, active power, frequency, and energy, with a minimum accuracy of Class 1, in compliance with IS13779 standards and shall operate on a three-phase power supply with a voltage withstand capability of up to 500 VAC. The controller must include built-in protections for under-voltage and over-voltage conditions and incorporate a battery backup system capable of supporting operations for three to six hours. Inbuilt GSM/GPRS/4G modem featuring 2G fallback capability. The controller shall also include a real-time GPS-synchronized clock, with lithium-ion battery backup for RTC operations.
