| 7 | M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.. |
| 8 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying 1.5mm thick Birla or equivalent wall putty on old plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for prepartion of old ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or tinted duly filled the voids with enamel based putty complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Taking down cement plaster of any thickness and of any description over brick wall or ceiling surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. |
