Removal of damaged portion of bottom base plates.5. Fabrication of new plates to be fixed as per required dimension.6. Setting and welding using 660 and other suitable electrodes of plates in their respective positions. 7. Fixing and welding using 660 and other suitable electrodes of wear plates.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job likely to be as 1. Skilled fitter for 48 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 48 nos. manshifts. and 4. Un- Skilled for 312 nos. manshifts.Repairing of Drag and Hoist drum grooves1. Cleaning of drum grooves and nearby area. 2. Welding of worn out grooves and replacement of worn-out Allen key bolts. 3. Welding of grooves using 660 and other suitable electrodes.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job likely to be as 1. Skilled fitter for 100 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 100 nos. manshifts. and 3. Un- Skilled for 08 nos. manshifts.
