Extending support for execution of sale deed along with HOCL for aprox 60 to 70 acres of land at Rasayani, Khalapur Taluka. Scope of work includes latest 7/12 extract, 8A extract, 6A extract, valuation from Sub-registrar office Khalapur, uploading of all survey on registration portal, Preparation of sale deed document, Laisoning with Sub-registrar for final registration, land mutation and updation of revenue record. Job to be performed as per detailed scope of work as per Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC) documents including Bid qualifying criteria.
