Disposal of silt/ MSW/ Sludge/ Trash / available on the banks of drain , through other waste material mechanical means including loading, transporting , unloading, rehandling in normal conditions complete authorised dumping ground /landfill site/ disposal plant with all leads and lifts etc. complete upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. No seperate reimbursement shall be payable to the contractor by department for processing fees paid by contractor to authorized dumping ground / landfill site/ disposal plant. Note:-Royalty @ Rs. 60/- per cum (@ Rs. 37.5/- per M.T. ) shall be dedcuted from each running account / final bill of contractor for all work executed as per the item.
