Name of Work:- MTPS I - Civil Circle – Up keeping of the residential quarters in Thermal Nagar- 1 to 10 by Periodical cleaning of main drains running in the residential quarters area and sweeping the roads around residential buildings, terrace floor in residential buildings and disposing the debris in Thermal Nagar 1 to 10 for the period of one year from the date of commencement.

Cleaning of Main drains running in the residential quarters area including removal and disposal of silt, slush, and debris etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, lead, lifts, T&P's, safety appliances, etc., complete.

Sweeping and collection of litter and dry leaves in roads and sides once a week and depositing the debris into dustbins and debris etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, lead, lifts, T&P's, safety appliances, etc., complete.

Removing and cleaning the debris, deposited silt, weeds growth, etc., over the sunshades and terrace floor of all residential and non-residential buildings cleaning of cobweb in common areas and applying commercial acid on the weeds growth and clearing away the debris1 km and debris etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, lead, lifts, T&P's, safety appliances, etc., complete.

Collection/clearing, loading, transporting and disposal of debris/slush/silt/ waste materials from collecting spot to a faraway place using tractor (minimum one day per week) and as directed by the engineer at site inclusive of loading & unloading. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
