Services for design, execution, and site supervision of graffiti artwork at GAIL Jubilee Tower, Sector‑01, Noida, including development of graffiti concepts; preparation of detailed drawings and method statements; obtaining approvals from GAIL; execution using approved materials; complete surface preparation comprising cleaning, repairs, and priming; provision of scaffolding and safety arrangements; compliance with EHS norms; application of protective coatings; and deployment of qualified artists, adequate supervisory manpower, and all necessary tools, tackles, machinery, equipment, and resources required for satisfactory execution of the work, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and directions of the Engineer‑in‑Charge.
