Name of Work:- Procurement of Spares for ELGI Make Air Compressors (Models- EG75, E55, E90 & DT450-150, PG 550-200) of Drilling Services of Ahmedabad AssetNote:1. Prices quoted by the bidder shall be firm during the bidders performance of the contract and not subject to variation on any account. 2. Bidder to quote as per technical specifications sheet attached with the tender document. 3. The bidder should have GST and will submit GST Registration Certificate along with his bid. 4. For order Rs. 1,00,000/- and above (Excluding GST on Unit Rate, P&F, Freight/Insurance Charges), Bidder to note that in terms of Notification No.3/2017-GST Legislations dated 28.06.2017, (as amended from time to time), of the items specified in List attached in the Notification would attract concessional rate of GST @12%, subject to Essentiality certificate (EC) and conditions specified therein. Further, vide GST Notification No. 11/2025-IGST(R) dated 17.09.2025 has amended the said Notification No. 3/2017-IGST(R) to increase the rate of GST from 12% to 18%. Therefore, if the merit rate of GST on offered goods is higher than 18%, then the benefit of Notification No. 3/2017-IGST(R) shall be availed by obtaining EC from DGH.
