| 12 | Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floor, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete wall, sides of RCC slab, RCC / PCC bends in walls or similar work thickness exc. 10 cm and not exc. 20 cm in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |

| 18 | M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry hand, packed tightly and grouted with cement mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | S & F UPVC 75 mm dia (SCH- 40) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Spreading and leveling of soil in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including well ramming and watering as required complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed |
| 23 | Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 24 | Note for all items :-(i) The work is to be executed in flowing drain.(ii) The contractor should make arrangement wrt re-routing of flowing drain and road diversion as suitable for smooth progress of work.(iii) Any other services line such as under ground water supply, HT/LT cable may be prevented if any damage contractor shall be repair within four hour on his own cost.
