Complete servicing/maintenance of main LT control panel comprising of 1250 Amp incoming ACB and 800 Amp ACBs fitted on outgoing circuits, by way of, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of the points by applying thinner of standard quality. Adjustment of contact points in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing. Adjustment of all the protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and any other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner and blowing of compressed air inside the panel compartment.The job also includes testing of the same on full load after conducting the above-mentioned jobs.

Complete servicing/maintenance of 125HP auto transformer starters from unit no. 1 to unit no. 5. The job comprises of dismantling of star and delta contactor assemblies (ML-8/10/12 contactor), dismantling of kit sets, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of point sets (fixed and movable) by applying thinner of standard quality. Adjustment of contact points in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing, checking of overload/underload relays, setting of magnetic timer assembly. Reassembling of the starter components and full load testing at site. The job also includes replacement of 04 nos. 240sq-mm damaged thimbles for each starter.

Providing and fitting of flush or projecting head push button actuator with contact block (L&T/ Teknic/ ABB/ BCH or any other reputed make) (AMC)

Providing, fitting and testing of single-phase preventer to the 125/275 hp starters at LIS Lethpora stage 1 & 2 of below mentioned specification:Make: minilec/equivalent.Supply voltage: 415±5%Frequency: 50±3.The job also includes providing and fitting of other necessary items (suitable gauge copper wire, tape bolts etc) required for fitting above mentioned equipment.
