Note :- 1. The contractor should visit at site before quoating the tender to know the working condition of the station.2. All requisite safety measures adopted by contractor on site.3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient electricain ( as aproved by GE / Engineer-in-Charge) shall report at 9:00Hrs to JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge to collect the complaints card in working days and complete the same complaints within 24Hrs.4. The complaints shall be rectified within 24hrs if the complaints is/are not attended or not completed within 24hrs (except repairs / replacement of major items) recovery will be done Rs. 500/- per complaint per day.5. For Major parts like replacement of MCB DB's / MCCB DB's should be rectified within three working days, if the contractor not rectify recovery will be done Rs. 500/- per complaint per day.6. If contractor fail to provide their electricain to attend the complaints then recovery will be done by Rs. 1000 per day.
