| 6 | M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900mm x 900mm x 900mm including 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary excavation and earth work including provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 3.15mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve flanged type PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with brass spindle suitable for 150mm bore pipe with flanged ends, any pattern including nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, wheel etc. including taking down unserviceable sluice valve and connected fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. |
