| 2 | Day to day maintenance of Fire-main system of length of 2610 RM include associated fitting & accessories for the dia of 300mm - 1100 RMtr, 200mm - 320 Rmtrs, 150mm - 520 Rmtrs, 100mm - 550 Rmtrs, 80mm - 120 Rmtrs; Groud Monitoring Valves - 04 Nos, Hydrant Valves - 57 Nos, 300mm Valves - 15 Nos, 250mm Valves - 06 Nos, 200mm Valve - 06 Nos, 150mm Valves - 16 Nos, 100mm Valves - 44 Nos, 80mm Valves - 07 Nos as follows including following:a) Ensure that there is no leak through valve glands & pipe joints in the system, and ensure all hydrants are in working condition includes presssure gauges.b) Check and make all fire-hydrant valves for smooth operation in the systemc) Check and apply greasing for all hydrant & branch valves |

| 4 | Note: Firm to supply and position sufficient lighting, ventilation provision and a 100 TPH submerible pump in the pits/ galleries/ dock points etc. whereas required separetly with all associated panels, discharge pipe to discharge from pump house (minus 20 Mtrs)/ galleries/ dockfloor to sea (Jetty level) so as to ensure that residual water is nill at all points of time. Firm is not to depend on the availability of the pump house equipment and should make its own arrangements for removal of water from galleries/ dockfloor/ pump houses. Any delay in work with regards to presence of leakage of water is attributable to firm. Firm should have its own ararangement of suffiecient tools & jigs, crane and lifting assesories for lift and renewal/ repair/ overhaul of pipelines/ valves and associated parts. If required firm should provide additional capacity pump as standby as suitable to existing fire-main pump pressure. |
| 5 | M & L for painting, clean, chip & paint all the pipes & valves with one coat of anti corrosion primer & two coats of Signal Red paint complete all as specified and as directed. |
