Part-A (Civil Works)Providing, Supplying and fixing the pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC compound wall with Pre-cast RCC poles having finished dimension of 175mmx175mmx300mm long. (providing the Construction joint at the interval of IS.4mtr) made in M-30 grade concrete in OPC with 10 nos. of 4mm dia. HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ CC M-20 concrete in foundation footing of size 6C I mm dia 600mm depth from top over 150mm P.C.C. of proportion in C.C. (1:3:6) of size 600 mm dia. 150mm depth at bottom and 600mm dia depth 100 imm sand filling, in all kind of soil of size 600 5mm dia.. 850 mm depth including watering & curing for required days along with supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) (7 nos. of slab + 300mm X 150 mm downward U-shape coping) per span, made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia. GI HTPC wire 4 nos. covering the top of fhe compound wall poles with a pre- list SFRC cover ol size (300x300x150) mm in order to kept the pannels in position etc. complete in all respect including cost of pre-cast, SFRC top cover, slab pole including cost and coveyance of all materials, royalties, taxes all labour cess, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. pannel shutter (single/double leaf) with M.S. angle iron choukaths of approved design in doors and windows including bending and cutting sizes of grooves in choukaths and for over lapping portion shutter where necessary, supplying, fitting and fixing cleats send blocks and fixing oxidized iron or chromium plated, iron aldrops, tower bolts, handles, irons hinges, screws, etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per requirement and any additional fittings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all floors

Finishing wall surfaces of wall with acrylic wall primer (water bound) two coats over inside & outside surface of wall including basic cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
