| 1 | Providing and fixing of 9 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with base plate made in single section, including erection of the pole on provided RCC Foundation with galvanized nuts, bolts etc as required. The following specifications should be adhered to for the pole & accessories:-a) Pole Top diameter - 70mmb) Pole bottom diameter - 155 mmc) Thickness of sheet - 3mmd) Galvanized Base plate of size - 260mm X 260 mm X 16 mme) Set of foundation nut & bolts - 4 Nos EN 8 grade galvanized 750 mm length having 24mm dia with galvanized nuts, washers and spacer plate . The pole shall be fixed using double nuts.f) The galvanization shall be more than 65 micron DFT both internally and externally and the pole shall be designed fora min wind speed of 169 km/hour.g) The steel used for manufacturing the pole shall conform to BS EN 10025 GRADE SJ355JO or equivalent and for base plate steel shall be Fe-410 conforming to IS 226 / IS 2062. h) The pole top should be suitably fixed to the bracket using Galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable length and dia. |

Supply the panel with a suitable pedestal frame including 4 nos. 600 mm long legs of minimum 6 mm thick angle and a suitable apron all around. Embed the panel in a 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation of required shape and size, 30 cm below ground level, including finishing as required, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Make of panel: CPRI approved only)(Drawings to be approved by the department before fabrication.) |
