Lift Door dismantling at basement ,providing brickwork, plastering , fixing granite ,filling the pit with construction debris , proper compaction (2400*1700*3700) mm , PCC with M15 grade of concrete(2400*1700*300) mm & RCC with M20 grade of concrete(2400*1700*300) mm with 10 mm reinforcement , 100 mm gapping with double layer with chairs. Waterproofing the lift pit at ground floor, Dismantling of cabin buffer & counter weight buffers from the existing location & reinstallation. Dismantling & reinstallation of all pit accessories like lift pit pulley, limit switches, stop switches etc. as required.
