Repair/ Rewinding of 100 HP motor of pumping unit-I along with allied works at LIS Jathana.

Decoupling of the 100 HP motor from the pump of Pumping Unit No. 1 at LIS Jathana and dismantling of the motor from the base frame. Repairs to the 100 HP motor of Pumping Unit No. 1 by way of dismantling the motor, manually extracting the old damaged winding, and cleaning the stator slots. Complete rewinding of the stator using standard copper wire of the requisite gauge, including insertion of insulation paper in the slots and making connection coils in star-delta configuration. Tightening/locking of coils in the slots using glass fibre wedges. Complete varnishing of the stator and allowing the same to dry properly. Repair to the rotor shaft by way of welding, turning, and finishing to the required size.The job also includes replacement of bearings of the 100 HP induction motor of Pumping Unit No. 1 at LIS Jathana by extracting the old damaged bearings at site and providing/fitting new bearings(02Nos.)(NBC/SKF/or any other reputed make conforming to relevant IS standards) for NDE (Non-Driving End) and DE (Driving End) of the motor, as per specifications available on the motor/old sample. Repair to damaged end terminals and providing/fitting of damaged/worn out nuts and bolts. Refitting of all motor parts, coupling of motor with pump, and testing on full load at site. The job includes the cost of material, rebate on old winding/old parts, labor charges, carriage charges of material, fitting / installation & testing charges of the motor at site, etc. Complete job.Replacement of coupling pulley tyre of Pumping Unit No. 1 by way of providing and fitting a new coupling tyre of suitable size, including alignment of pump and motor. The job also includes providing one extra coupling tyre as spare.Repairs to the 100 HP starter of Pumping Unit No. 2 by way of extracting damaged/worn-out parts, repair to the tripping system by brazing and finishing to the required size, providing and fitting of no-voltage coil (01 No.), and replacement of damaged moving/fixed contact points. Providing and filling of the starter with 30 liters of fresh transformer oil.Testing the starter on no load and then on full load.The job further includes providing/fitting (including extra quantity for spare) of graphite packing of 12 mm size (approx. 5 kg) for proper functioning of Pumping Unit No. 1. The estimate has been framed after deducting the rebate on scrap/old parts. Complete job includes the cost of material, to-and-fro transportation charges, skilled& semi-skilled labor charges, hiring charges of tools & tackles,installation & testing charges at site and all other incidental charges, etc. Complete job.Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions.
