Dismounting and taking out the defective Horizontal split casing pumping machinery (Q-508.2 m3/hr, H-55 M, Motor rating-132 KW) from its existing foundation after disconnecting all relevant mechanical/electrical connections as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling the said defective pump set part by part, by engaging competent manpower as directed.

Supply and delivery of the following spares as per sample for the above pump-motor set :-

Half seal cage [Bronze-LTB2 (IS:318)]

Gland stud (CL. 4.6 IS:1367)

Nut for gland stud (CL. 4.6 IS:1367)

Impeller key (SS 410)

Coupling key (EN 8)

Water thrower (Nitrile rubber)

Casing gasket (NAM-37)

Grub screw (Impeller ring) (CL. 4.6 IS:1367)

Brg. Lock nut (WPIL STD.)

A/F bearing (DE & NDE) (WPIL STD.)

Repairing, seal ring fitting, machining and balancing of 1(one) no. pump rotary assemble with bearing housing fitting of the above mention pump as per direction. (If required)

Carriage charges with loading & unloading from GLR-2 (Bhadura) to workshop (Kolkata) and return to GLR-2 after work completed. (If required)

Reassembling of the pump-motor set with newly supplied spares (as mentioned in sl. No. 3) as well as the existing stored & serviceable parts as per direction.

Installation of the above repaired pumping machinery in its respective foundation followed by proper alignment including making all relevant mechanical/electrical connections complete as per direction.
