Dismantiling and removing R.C.C coloumn, beam, slab. staircase, landing, lintel including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 metres lead.

Earth Work excavation in hard soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including dressing and breaking clods levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T and P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using with 4 cm size CBHG metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete water curing to required level not exceeding 150 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C.C (1:2:4) with 12mm size HG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site as per the specification approved by the department & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC - M20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalties,Tools and Plants, water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.
