Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 80/100 grade using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II materials and 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gm per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface … and free from streaks and holes including all cost of materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including centering & shuttering, hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete.
