Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, tools and plants, water for curing etc.all complete, as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Brick work with Flyash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth.

Brick work with Flyash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site.

Supplying cutting straitening the bent up uncoated HYSD reinforcement including cutting bending, binding, tying the grill and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of rod and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge etc. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of Rod and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wire.

Weather coat painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st. quality) exterior grade over a coat of water bond cement primer of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like (NEROLAC/ ASIAN/ BERGER/ DULOX) or equivalent to make an ever finished surface in all floor and height with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
