REFURBISHMENT OF SHIVSHAHI VEHICLE SEAT SET 200 VEHICLES (8800 SEATS)MG BUS BODY LEYLAND CHASSIS MG BODY TATA CHASSIS /ANTONY BUS BODY TATA CHASSIS As per sample provided by MSRTC CWC Chikalthana Ch Sambhajinagar Work Details belowA- Refurbished seats should be supplies as per sample given by MSRTC B- Seat should be refurbish complite and strong.C- Remove & replace old rexine.D- Replace of cushion/PU foam (Back rest & seat base)E -New rexine work.F- Head rest pad. G- Reparing of seat metal structure.H- All required painting work of seat frame (with paint)I- Handrest instalation.J- footrest sleeveK- All essential welding must done in CO2 type(i.e MIG) welding of seats.l- Welding burr should be griended on the face of suface.M- Remove maxine pouch of seat and attach bottle holder to the seat paint back side of seat.N- As per scope of repair or replace reclining push button and cylinder .( EACH BUS 44 SEATS = 01 SET) (ALL REPAIRING MATERIAL SHOULD BE OF CONTRACTOR) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
