Fabrication of cooling fan structure of MS chanel 15x50x50 mm and MS angle 75x75 mm suitable for mounting of said Marathon make T/F cooling fan in section of rediators cooling banks including measuring, cutting , drilling, electric welding of MS chanel/angle and also carry out 2 point earting of cooling bank strcture by 50/6 mm earting strip. The scope of work also includes fixing, mounting of frame and cooling fan on the fabricated structure. wiring of fans and other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily after checkin the performance of the fans after connecting proper supply. All skilled labour, tools, special T&P, electric welding machine and materials shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Only electric supply for welding pupose will be provided by the department.

Providing and fixing of contactor, relay and its wiring circuit for controlling of transformer cooling fan on existing marshalling box. Design cooling fan control circuit for auto manual operation. The following items are to be fixed in the existing marshalling box i.e. 3-phase, 415 V, 20 Amp AC contactor and block unit with OLR, Siemens or C&S or any other equivalent make,10 Amp Kit-Kat HRC fuse unit with 20 Amp AC 3 way auto manual selector switch etc of standard make in the existing marshalling box. The wiring should be 2.5 mm PVC copper wire of good quality and color coding, lugs and ferrules etc. All skilled labour, tools, special T&P, electric welding machine & material shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost complete in all respect for operation of cooling fan on auto/manual mode both.

Providing and fixing of single phase preventor in both groups of fan of Minilac/L&T make including cost of all required material. Special T&P and labour etc. arranged by contractor for completion of satisfactory work.
