| 1 | Design, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (Civil, Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & other necessary works) of \\"Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with capacity of 15 MLD based on SBR Process and Upgradation of existing STP of 7.5 MLD to 10 MLD\\" including 1-year defect liability with provision of reuse of treated waste water with 10 years O&M for town under package AMRUT 2.0/RAJ/SEW/46 in Pali Town |
| 2 | IFAS-Design & Approval, Civil, Erection, electromechanical works & commissioning of Upgradation of existing Conventional Activated Sludge Sewage Treatment Plant having existing design outlet parameters as BOD:30, COD:150 & TSS :50 mg/ltr. The upgradation of the effluent from the existing CAS STP shall involve retrofitting of the existing STP based on introduction of fixed film bio carriers, creating or augmenting existing civil structures with combination of pre anoxic/post anoxic nitrification denitrification reactors with Internal Liquor recirculation aiming at nutrient removal followed by excess biomass solids removal-disposal & disinfection units. The scope of work includes construction of: a. Pre-Anoxic Denitrification Unit b. Nitrifying Biological Unit c. De-Aeration Tank d. Post Anoxic Denitrification Unit e. Filter feed Tank f. Multigrade Filter Unit (Surface Flow rate of <12 m3/m3/hr. fully automated backwashing provisions with atleast 50% buffer hydraulic capacity to ensure uninterrupted forward operations during backwash cycle. The forward and backwash operations shall be fully automated using electrically actuated butterfly valves interlocked with the PLC of the Upgradation STP. The backwash effluent shall be recycled to the inlet chamber of the existing STP. The above units shall be utilized in adjacent to the existing secondary clarifier which is having ideal surface overflow rate, solids loading rate and weir overflow rate as per CPHEEO guidelines and peak flow. The Biocarriers to be filled inside the Biological and denitrification units shall be required to be of only Virgin Polypropylene or HDPE or Thermosetting resin and not shall be of recycled material. The design norms and hydraulic detention calculation shall be as per the CPHEEO/Ministry of Urban Development US EPA technology document. The Upgradation STP shall be designed as per the CPCB/MOEF Guidelines/ NGT order dated 30/04/2019. (Rates in Lacs) upgrade the existing Conventional Activated Sludge Sewage Treatment Plant from 7.5 mld to 10.00 mld.including demolition, repair,construction of new building structure, blower room as well as repairs and renewals of electro machenical equipments and construction of chlorine content tank, chlorinator with chlorinator shed and tonner shed and reuse arrangement (storage GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 1km as per specification |
| 3 | Supply of Chlorine Safety Equipment set comprising of the items Chlorine leak detector with two sensors, self contained compressed air breathing apparatus, safety shower with eye wash, emergency tonner repair kit, protective clothing such as PVC overall, gloves and rubber boots; complete as per. detailed specifications & the directed of the Engineer. |
| 4 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA System at Master Control Centre complete with PC server, monitor, communication modules, printers, 2 Nos. of 60\\"LED Display of latest resolution and configuration, 4 Nos of 32\\" Operator console (1 No. of Engineering, 1 No. of operator console, 1 No. of Historical and 1 No. of Web Server) including control desk, chairs, storage racks etc., required 1.3 hardware, software complete with all accessories and in line with Technical Specification. |
| 5 | Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP for inlet Sewage parameters BOD-300, COD-600, TSS-600, TKN 55, pH-6.5 to 7.5 based on SBR technology consisting of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit- Detritus Tanks and Biological CASP Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator with Chlorinator shed & tonner Shed, Chemical Storage & Dosing shed with dosing Equipments, Sludge Sump, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Sludge dewatering system equipment and building, sludge storage shed, necessary piping work with required valves, gates, storm water drains and rain water harvesting system, bypass drains, roads & pathways, landscaping, Compound wall with gates, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, staff quarters, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, ESR and Tanker Filling points, Metering Room, Guard Room etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achieve BOD < 10 ppm, COD <100 ppm, TSS < 10 ppm, to get reusable quality of water for industrial /agricultural purposes, outlet parameters shall also include TN < 10 ppm, Nh3N < 2 ppm and TP < 1 ppm) with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation, reuse arrangement (storage GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 1 KM as per specifications.
