| 4 | Cleaning,removing and bailing out stagnated sewage or sludge from walls/floor and any light particle with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments from MBBR Reactor inner surface off sizes and taking out damaged and unbroken MBBR media without any damage and refilling it in each MBBR, cleaning of inner and outer surface of MS pipe placed in MBBR and removing any sludge particle from it and white wash to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (All STPs).Note : New media for topping up will be paid and measured separately under respective item of BOQ. |
| 5 | Cleaning and removing of sludge from walls/floor of tube settler tank off sizes after taking out the tube settler media with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing where directed at a distance 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP including taking out old rusted wire mesh and cleaning fixing wire mesh of same size with the tube settler and fixed in original position in the tube settler tank and white wash to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (All STPs).Note : New media for topping up will be paid and measured separately under respective item of BOQ. |
| 6 | Cleaning and removing of sludge from walls/floor of filter feed tank with the help of pressure jet pump & other required equipments and depositing where directed by Engineer - in - Charge at a distance 100 mtr away from outer and white wash to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | 8 | Taking out solid dry sewage waste from 06 x sludge beds (except shivaji STPs where only three beds) off sizes and removing to a distance not exc 50 mtr from outer edge of Sewage treatment plant for further disposal and white wash to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | 9 | Cleaning of existing DMF by opening the lid 500 mm dia and removing manually, remove water strainer and refix the same after necessary modification, cleaning and topping up with new media as required quantity, Size of DMF 2.6 m dia and 1.9 m height (For Ranjit/Gobind, Jadhunath and Piru Singh STPs).Note: The new media required to top up shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item. |
