| 13 | Port and STBD side main engine sea water pump and bilge suction pump to be renewed by KNR-555 pump including necessary pipeline, joints, pulley, nut, bolts, belts and foundation base modification alongwith compete fitment. |
| 14 | Port and STBD side main engines electrical safety system and engine control panel to be renewed including engine wirings ,temperature meter, Lub oil pressure meter, R.P.M. meter, AMP meter, Hour meter, stop solenoid, and all type of sensor units up to Wheel house. |
| 15 | Rudder angle indicator set renewal including complete wire connection. Steering gear compartment to wheel house |
| 16 | Both side hydraulic gear full overhauling.(supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC) |
| 17 | Damaged Bilge pipe line(50NB) renewal to be done including new joints and fasteners. |
| 18 | Bilge pipe line(100NB) cleaning to be done including new joints and fasteners. |
| 19 | Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction line including engine cooling pipe line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment with new joints and fasteners as required. |
| 20 | Non-functional GM Glob valve(25NB,35NB and 50NB) including fire hydrant to be serviced and pressure tested and fitted back with new joints and fasteners |
| 21 | Fire Hydrant valve repair and pressure tested to be done and fitted back with new joints and fasteners |
| 22 | 100NB Bilge Line gate valve pressure tested and repair to be done and fitted back with new joints and fasteners |

| 33 | Propeller shaft & Rudder arrangement including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. |
| 34 | Both side broken propeller blades to be repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode . |
| 35 | Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft. |
| 36 | Port and STBD side Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. |
| 37 | Rudder stock worn out journals to be metalizing and machining |
| 38 | Rudder stock Top & Bottom GM Bushes and Gland Cover to be re-sleeved. |
| 39 | Port and STBD side gland bush with cover to be re-sleeved(Stern gear arrangement) |

| 41 | Fresh water reserve tank to be cleaned and cement wash alongwith pipe line and fitted back with new joints and fasteners. |

| 44 | Entire 220volt electric wiring fittings and appliances are to be checked and defective appliances are to be renewed,24Volt navigation system to be checked and made in order and deck ,crews cabin, engine room, Kitchen and toilet lighting arrangement are to be connected with inverter |
