The rate shall include hire charges of the machinery , tools , plants , fuel , transportation cost to and fro site of work at each instance , one (1) skilled operator and three (3) unskilled helpers ,all ancillary costs, necessary repair and maintenance , all complete for eight (8) hours / day or part thereof. |

The rate shall include hire charges of the machinery , tools , plants , fuel , transportation cost to and fro site of work at each instance , one (1) skilled operator and two(2) unskilled helpers ,all ancillary costs, necessary repair and maintenance , all complete for eight (8) hours / day or part thereof. |
| 9 | Removal of sludge /night soil/ sullage / slushy material mechanically from septic tank , gully pit, open drains , culverts etc. by arranging and deploying cesspool emptier of 4000 litrs capacity at different residential / operational / other sites at KDS . The rate shall include hire charges of the machinery , tools , plants , hoses , fuel , one (1) skilled operator and two (2) unskilled helpers ,all ancillary costs, necessary repair and maintenance , all complete for eight (8) hours / day or part thereof. |
| 10 | Removal of sludge , slushy material mechanically from culverts , UG sewer line etc. by arranging and deploying Jetting cum suction machine at different residential / operational / other sites at KDS . The rate shall include hire charges of the machinery , tools , plants , hoses , fuel , one (1) skilled operator and three unskilled helpers ,all ancillary costs, necessary repair and maintenance , all complete for eight (8) hours / day or part thereof. |
| 11 | Hire charges of earthmovers / excavator for 8 (eight) hours including one No. operator , one No. helpr , fuel etc. The rate is inclusive of all expenses complete. |
| 12 | Supply of labourers for miscellaneous works related with the execution of subject work , items for which are otherwise not covered through the BOQ items or which is not an ancillary work to be executed by the contractor. |

The rate shall include hire charges of the machinerry from KMC or otherwise, tools, plants, hoses etc. If machinery taken from KMC, the work shall include collection of official letter from department and submitting it to the KMC ward office, co-ordinating all ancillary costs, liasoning and getting the work done as per statisfaction of Engineer's representative, all complete as directed. | 24 | Removal of chokage of the underground sewer line with split bamboos and labour after taking out the manhole cover etc. as may be required including placement of the cover in its original position on the frame without damage to both the frame and the cover (after completion of the work) including supply of all materials, equipment etc. required for the job all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . |
| 25 | Supplying one 3-5 H.P capacity diesel pump-set in running condition on hire basis daily from 8-00 A.M to 5-00 P.M alongwith necessary pipes for suction & delivery of length appr. 15.0 metre & 50.0 metre respectively & other accessories & fittings like foot valve,clips etc. including pump driver,helper required to run the pump set for lifting waste water from pits , manholes , drains etc. as per direction of Engineer-in –Charge at site. |
