SUPPLY OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS

OD186520/2024-2025: Supplying and installation of electro magnetic flow meter confirming to protection level of IP 68 for flow sensor and IP 67 for transmitter and having an accuracy level of 0.5% with LED/LCD display unit. The flow meter should have the housing to be made of SS 304/ Carbon Steel with anti corrosive protection and inside liner to be made up of Hard rubber/ neoprene all confirming to drinking water standards. The flow meter is to be installed in 350 mm dia DI pipe (work includes supply, installation, anchor blocks and all connected works ). The flow meter should be coupled with HART with data acquisition and transfer, with provision for wireless transfer through GSM. The manufacturers should have the calibration standards as per ISO 17025 and the product shall have sufficient warranty provisions. Provision shall be there for integrating the flow meter reading with the existing SCADA system at PH Circle, Thiruvananthapuram.
