| 1 | Servicing of headstock assembly i.e. opening the hand wheel from screw rod, including opening the thrust bearing from top and bottom thrust plate of bearing housing, nut, coller etc and cleaning all the components with the help of Kerosine and emery paper and re-fitting the same including changing necessary nuts & bolt after greasing the thrust bearing if Ok otherwise replaced by new one (excluding the cost of bearing, supplied separately) and fileing work if required for fixing to the pedestal upto the satisfaction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, kerosene, grease, consumables like emery paper, cloths, blots & nuts, hire chargesof tools & tackles etc. |
| 2 | Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust bearing, guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling,greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction of EIC oxygen, welding rod, anchor bolt of required size, hire charges of machineries, like gas cutting set,welding set, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading. |
| 3 | Hire Charge of Motor vehicle for transporting man and machires to various work site under Contai Irrigation Division during monsoon period to tackling problem of gate operation. |
| 4 | Charges for mechanic and helper to tackle problem of gate operation during monsoon Period (from Jun,2026 to October,2026) as when required. |
