| 2 | Maintenance and servicing of DG sets is done once in every five months, which includes repairs on urgent basis after any fault is reported through call. General repairs include rectification by experienced mechanic on informing such as replacement of damaged and worn out filters, gaskets, V-belts, engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts, cleaning of alternator with vacuum cleaner, rectification of AMF panel etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery tereminals, adding distilled water checking the oil, coolent levels complete all as specified and as directed in respect of the following capacity of DG set location wise and applicable note for this items:-Note for this items:-(a) Servicing done only through OEM authorized service centre.(b) Spares requried for repair other than mentioned above will be measured & paid seperately under relevant items |
