Dismantling brick or stone masonry under 3.00m height in clay including stacking the useful materials and the removing debris within 50m lead.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of all materials.
