Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Requirement of Door, window, Grill, Angle, Electrical materials, pipe, tap, pipe fittings, AC/ GCI Sheet, Hump pipes and its cost.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing all plumbing fixtures and fixing new (LS).

Dismantling and removing all required electrical fixtures and fixing new (LS).

Fixing Water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) conforming to IS 2556 Part 3-2004 duly embedded.

Fixing bowl pattern urinal conforming to IS 2556 Part 6-1996 including the urinal 430x260x350mm.
