| 1 | M&L for guiniting work for RCC upto 4th storied bldg & over head RCC water tank with the followings :-(a) Removing all loose and damaged concrete/plaster from the affected surface of slab, walls, fins, facia, chajjas, cantilever etc and disposing of debris as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(b) Cleaning exposed reinforcement by wire brush/sand paper, applying rust remover followed by protective coating (zinc-rich epoxy coating) to rebars as per manufacturer's specifications. Make : Pidilite / Asian paint / Fosroc / Berger(c) Using chicken wiremesh or additional reinforcement if required and apply polymer bonding agent.(d) Providing and applying 25mm thick guiniting work using cement-sand mix in the ratio of 1:3, pneumatically applied with a pressure of 2.5 to 3.5 Kg/Sq Cm through a nozzle using compressed air.(e) Followed by curing for 7 days using water spray. (f) Applying 5mm thick rendering in CM-1:3 using WPC.(g) Applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over fungal resistent primer in camouflage pattern to match the surroundings.(h) The surface shall be finished ture to line and level as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(j) Contractor is bound to clear all debries everyday by removing all cementing material from site.Note : The area of work will be hand over at different places in small quantity, Contractor to visit site before quoting rates. |
| 2 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel or steel based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint at any height upto 15Mtr including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed |

| 4 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical scrubber of old decorated wall scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) etc on walls, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and filling putty or white cement to holes, cracks and uneven surfaces etc to make good surface up to 15 mtr height of buliding, hangersand blast pen with scafolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | M&L and applying a coat of anti fungal priming paint by mechanical spray gun through following OEM (i) Asian Paint, (ii) Berger, (iii) Narolac on walls, facia / chhajjas etc iup to 15 mtr height of buliding, hangersand blast pen (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | M&L for applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint , fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces in camouflage pattern by mechanical spray gun through following OEM (i) Asian Paint, (ii) Berger, (iii) Narolac on walls, facia / chhajjas etc upto G+4 storied building (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Camouflage pattern will be approved by the GE in consultation with the Station authorities.2. The work shall be executed by trained staff of OEM only.3. Contractor will submit guarantee/warranty for 4 years on his letter pad duly countersigned by manufacturer / auth dealer before claiming of any payments. |
| 7 | M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint in camouflage pattern on walls, facia / chhajjas etc up to 15 mtr height of buliding, hangersand blast pen (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : (i) Dura Cem, (ii) Berger Paint, (iii) Acquolac paints.Note :- 1. Camouflage pattern will be approved by the GE in consultation with the Station authorities.2. The work shall be executed trained staff of OEM only.3. Contractor will submit guarantee/warranty for 2 years on his letter pad duly countersigned by manufacturer / auth dealer before claiming of any payments. |

| 11 | M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall or concrete surface finished even and smooth withuot using extra cement at any height (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | M&L for Preparation of Newly/previously old plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2mm thk Wall care putty (to be applied in two coats) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of priming paint on walls, facia / chhajjas etc at height upto 15Mtr (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Camouflage pattern will be approved by the GE in consultation with the Station authorities).Note : The work will be carried out under direction and presence of manufacturer representative. The contractor will submit guarantee for life of paint on his letter pad duly countersigned by the authorised dealer/manufacturer at the time of payment. |
| 22 | Cleaning of roofs (metal/concrete) by cutting or uprooting grass, bushes or small trees in bldgs / old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface with broom and water jet (remove dust, loose particles, oil, fungus) and filling with PCC, filling compound or rendering and making good damged portion, GI fitting complete all as directed. |
