Item No. 1.Provision of Technical Manpower for Digital Inspection and Vision Assistance – Bhatsa DamProviding qualified and experienced technical manpower for execution of digital inspection and vision-assisted monitoring of Bhatsa Dam, in accordance with departmental requirements. The scope of work shall include deployment, configuration, and operation of smart glass–based systems to enable real-time visual assistance, recording, and documentation of inspection activities, along with digitization and integration of existing and newly developed paper-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into the digital inspection platform for seamless field accessibility (man power only-no supply of smart glasses). The service shall encompass comprehensive support for inspection activities, including on-site assistance during field inspections and remote technical support for system operation, troubleshooting, updates, and performance optimization. The agency shall ensure structured data capture, secure storage, retrieval, and management of inspection records, along with generation of digital reports and logs in formats prescribed by the department. Adequate training and handholding support shall be provided to departmental personnel for effective utilization of the deployed digital systems and SOP framework.The manpower deployment shall consist of Senior Software Engineers possessing not less than 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development, system integration, or digital inspection technologies, who shall be responsible for overall system configuration, supervision, and technical execution, supported by Junior Software Engineers having two to three years of relevant experience for field-level implementation, assistance, and operational support.The rate shall be inclusive of all manpower, technical support services, system operation, and associated incidental requirements necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.
