| 1 | Day to day Operation & guarding of installed horizontal split casing centrifugal pumping machinery, internal & external electrification arrangement including compound lighting, Gaseous chlorination system, Sludge pump etc. & 1250 KVA Sub-Stations equipments including of Battery Charger, Battery bank, HT VCB, HT Panel, ACBs, P.F. correction device, lighting transformer, Dewatering pump, back wash pump, Sludge pump, lighting equipment, LT MCC / panel, LT control / Distribution panel along with other equipments like Soft Starter, Electrical gadgets, valves, 63KVA DG set, compound lighting etc. Operation & guarding of the entire Gaseous chlorination Plant by skilled and un-skilled labours (charges for chlorine gas filling in the toner and charge for caustic will be borne by the Department) round the clock including up-keepment of entire installation and sweeping charges at WTP premises under Surface Water Based W/S Scheme, Northern Sector, Part-I (Kaliganj) as per direction of EIC for 365 days. | 2 | Routine & Periodical inspection by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisor Certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt of West Bengal or under any other State, Govt of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book ( with date & time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in respective Station. The Supervisor required to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipments i.e. for Pumps, Motors, sub-station, Valves with Actuators, Flow Level / pressure instruments, Gauges, Lighting system, DG set, hoisting arrangements, Exhaust Fans, HT VCB Panel & L T Panel Boards, Cables, Capacitors, Transformers, Battery and Battery Chargers, Chlorination system including safety management system in compliance to the guide line as mentioned in the NIT. The periodic chart in tabular format as per direction of the EIC and in comply to the specification enclosed herewith for the check points scheduled should be furnished to the Department All other necessary requirement to be executed along with Log Book, Mobil, Cotton waste, Broom, Torch,. Detergents, Liquid soaps, Gloves, Apron, Tools, Tackles, Terminals, Sockets, Fuses, Indicating Lamps, Gland packing etc. to be supplied by the Agency as and when required through out the whole period 365 days. |
| 3 | Cleaning of contacts once in a month by CRC 226 SPRAY in the LT Panel Board, HT Panel, Busbar, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in presence of Electrical Supervisor / Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date including supply of new gland packing, fuses, cotton waste, indicating lamps etc. for the 12 months. |
| 4 | Servicing, testing and calibration complete with submission of report (specify of set point) in compliance with the guide line as per specification for the ACBS, VCB, Transformer oil level, replacement of silica gel etc. checking complete, wiring, testing CTs, PTs, Relay testing and calibration, insulation check once in half yearly. |
| 5 | Consumption of diesel for 63KVA capacity DG set @ 11 ltr./hr. including all carriage & storage for 365 days X 2hr. run/day i.e. 730 hours [Measurement must be as per actual running Hr/log book.] |
