| 6 | M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense bituminous concrete 30mm (compacted thickness) with 5.50 mm binder (paving bitumen VG-30 ) by weight of total mix, mixed in computrized hot mix plant, Cold rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper,(ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshal Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Manual MS-2 (Sixth edition) as reffered in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111 2009. The adjustment rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced @ Rs 75.30 per Kg. |

The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
