| 5 | M&L for six stage cleaning and sterilization of inner surface of semi UG Sump of capacity upto 15000 Gallon installed at PH /Borewell 217 Transit camp Palchan through bacteriological & Ultraviolet ray treatment. 5Six stages are as under :-(a) First stage is Mechanised De-watering to drain out the remnant water using high capacity de-watering system, after the water has been drained off through valve. (b) Second stage is Sludge Removal, sucking out sludge settled on the floor of the tank using special sludge pumping equipment. (c) Third stage is High Pressure Cleaning, where the walls & ceilings of the tanks are thoroughly cleaned using special high pressure jet cleaners which rid of the walls off depositions, algae and all conrtaminants which cling onto the internal surface of the tank helping the microbiological contamination to grow. (d) Fourth stage is vacuum cleaning using industrial vacuum cleaner to remove the resultant contaminant, making the tank absolutely speck-free. (e) Fifth stage Anti-Bacterial Spray, make the walls & ceilings totally sterile from bacterial contamination using govt. certified anti-bacterial agents. (f) Sixth stage is UV Radiation treatment where final sterilization and disinfection is done using UV radiation by UV radiaotr which is used to kill any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank. Note:- (i) Cleaning of external surfaces, lid wall of the tank, structure for all scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type of vegetaion or any other unwanted matters, scraping of old paint and painting with two coats of cement based water proof apex paint complete all as directed. (ii) A sticker of appropriate size and colour as directed by Engr in Charge and non degradeable material with printed details as under :- Date of Cleaning and Expiry date will be written. (iii) All safety equipments required and necessary insurance for safey of working labour to execute the work is responsibility of the contactor. (iv) Clearing of premises around storage tank of vegetations/scrap/unwanted matters/debris shall be deemed to be included in the quoted price. |
| 6 | M&L for six stage cleaning and sterilization of inner surface of Settling Tank (Sedmintation tank) of capacity 15000 Gallon installed at pump house 217 Transit camp Palchan through bacteriological & Ultraviolet ray treatment. | 7 | Material and labour painting of Pressure sand filter bothe outer tank discharge capacity 10 cum/hr with two coat of aluminium/as exiting colour combination paint and cleaning, scrubing incl connected accessoriescomplete as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Taking up or down GI tubing including disconnecting complete 80 mm dia pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply laying jointing, threading 80 mm bore GI tubing medium grade laid in trenches with socket joint together with and including all fittings (Such as bend, elbow, tees, short pices connector, caps, plug and union etc) by cutting welding etc complete all as specified. |
| 10 | Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of 80mm bore size, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. |
| 11 | M&L for comprehensive periodical maintenance of water softner plant of capacity 500 LPH for their proper functioning as per manufacturer's recommendations of any make as per site by complete unit checkup incl electrical machinery, general cleaning, backwashing, chemical cleaning of cartridge and replacement of all type of filters basis as per the complaint during the contract Period, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- (i) Membrane and other consumables as well as spare parts shall be considered in quoated rates. |
| 12 | M&L for opening dual media FRP vessel of size existing at site by taking out old unserviceable items and refilling the vessel with filter media items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- The contractor shall quote rates including the cost of filter media as the qty required. |

| 14 | Excavating trenches in ordinary rock of required width for pipes exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300mm dia including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 16 | Taking out old unserviceable pipes of any type and size and Supplying & laying , commissioning & testing mild steel (Heavy) 'C' class pipe of size 100 mm dia on exposed surface / underground (in trenches) including welding works, connections with existing chilled water line, chiller, pump, fabrication of bends, MS flange, tees, reducers, shoe, support (brick masonry block & wooden support for underground / MS angle- clamp & wooden support for exposed surface) along with priming coat of steel primer as per standard specification complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of MS fittings required during laying of MS Pipes. (ii) The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be heavy class of thickness min. 7mm as per IS: 3589. (iii) Cost of excavation, returning, filling and removing shall be paid separately under relevant item. |
