| 6 | Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 100 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection. |
| 7 | S&F in repairs cable end joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | S&F in repairs cable end joint 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for services for cable fault location for 11 KV, 3 core XLPE Cable 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm with the help of HT cable fault detector machine complete all as directed. Note : Cost of equipement /machinaries incl electrician and labour cost including transportation deemed to be included in the qouted rate. |
| 11 | M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed.Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 60 KV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved. |
| 12 | Supply and fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make and shall be in sealed container . |
| 13 | Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for 100-250 KVA capacity.
