Repair to 120000 GPH x 48 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Salmay stage-0 (Old) by way of decoupling of pump from motor, dismantling of pump set, carriage of pump motor set from pumping station to road side by head load carriage and then to workshop by mechanical transport dismantling of pump motor sets. Repair to pump shaft SS. turning and finishing for exact bearing size, fabrication and fitting of shaft protection sleeves SS two nos. at driving end and non-driving end, providing and fitting of bearing 02 nos. at NDE and DE 6312 and 312 neck ring-1no., as per sample. Repair to impellers by turning and brazing. Providing and fitting of bearing as per sample. Repair to suction / delivery body casing by way of drilling and tapping, fitting of 12” dia foot valve in place of damaged foot valve alongwith replacement of nuts and bolts and rubber gasket. Testing at site on full load after fitting at base frame. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges including to and fro shifting charges.
