Repair to 3000 GPH x 120 meter head x 10 HP submersible pump set alongwith allied works at Borewell Krimachi (Lansi) The job involves extraction of pump set from the Borewell by decoupling and drawing out all the pipes one by one manually using chain pulley and other tools and tackles. Manual carriage of pump and motor set alongwith panel upto the roadside and then shifting to workshop in the vehicle. Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Providing / fabrication and fitting of 07 nos. impellers, 05 nos. bushes, neck rings 05 nos. Job further includes repair of 01 no. impeller and pump shaft by welding, testing and polishing and making key way. Rewinding of 10 HP submersible motor. Assembling of pump motor set and testing in the pit at workshop. Shifting back of the pump in vehicle to road side near pumping station and then manual carriage of the same to site and lowering into tube well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one alongwith, providing and fitting of new flange bolts with nuts and washers and replacement of rubber gaskets. Job further includes providing and fitting of tie rod-1no. and 6mm2 submersible copper cable approximately 65 meters in length with proper thimbling and insulation material. Making connections with pump set cable with thimbling and testing on load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to & fro manual carriage hires charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
