The Work involves surface dressing of the ground within the substation switch yard area, which includes the complete removal of all vegetation such as grass, weeds, shrubs and other unwanted growth from the surface. The activity shall also include clearing and disposal of loose stones, debris, rubbish and other foreign materials to ensure a clean and even surface. Further, the ground shall be leveled by cutting and filling minor undulations and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm in depth and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m so as to obtain a uniform properly dressed surface suitable for subsequent maintenance or construction activities. All work shall be carried out carefully without causing any damage to existing structures, foundations, equipment or cable trenches within the switchyard. The disposed vegetation and waste materials shall be removed outside the substation premises as directed by the site in charge
