Excavatiopn in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay, or sand ) including filling lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts.) and lead upto 30 m.(100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30 M. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 fine sand : 8 graded brick ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

First class bricks work in 1:3 in cement and Course sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M.

2.5 cm. (1\\") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement , approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4\\") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8\\") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8 cm (3\\") thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 4 cm (1.5\\") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing laying of R.C.C. Work in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit including all complete as S.I No 283
