Description of work: 1. Front & Rear (6 set) spring leaf removing, necessary recambering and fitting. 2. Generator self-starter overhauling with damage parts new changing and fitting. 3. Water tank valve new changing and fitting. 4. Hydraulic pump overhauling, damage parts changing and fitting. 5. Hydraulic motor overhauling, damage parts changing and fitting. 6. Engine sencer new changing and fitting.7. Water Roto pump overhauling with damage parts changing.8. 02 Nos. brake servo overhauling. 9. Generator electric controller overhauling. 10. Back spray side hydraulic jack kit changing and fitting.11. Compressor horn to be replaced. 12. 02 Nos. brake hose pipe to be replaced. 13. 06 set brake adjuster to be replaced. 14. Water pump assy. fitting with electrical & mechanical connection to be done. Spares/materials required:Rear auxiliary spring leaf 02 nos., Spring center bolt 06 no, Spring bush 08 no, Spring pin 08 no, quotter bolt 08 no, brake servo assy. 02 no, back spray side hydraulic jack kit 01 set, compressor horn assy. 01 set, brake hose pipe 02 no, Brake adjuster assy. 06 no, brake adjuster pin & chira pin 06 no etc.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
