Partition making and welding by angle and Plate for providing proper straightening. 4.Partition covering by MS Sheet cutting and welding. 5. Top portion covering by MS Sheet cutting & welding. 6. Complate vehicle painting (Inner & outer portion) of body and tank body. 7. Complete letter writing with logo and number plate. 8. Back ladder new making, fitting and welding proper size. 9. 02 Nos looking glass new fitting. 10. Both side door removing, damage portion denting, welding, repairing with door lock and handle changing and fitting. 11. Both side cabin wheel mudguard cutting, welding, repairing, damage sheet replacement and fitting including materials. 12. Front bumper cutting, welding and repairing, straightening. 13. Front both side H.L. Show mudguard cutting, denting, welding, repairing, damage sheet replacement. 14. Rear back mudguard cutting, welding, repairing, straightening, and damage sheet replacement. 15. Rear and front footrest rubber changing, fitting, with bolt nut cutting, changing and fitting. 16. Complete diesel tank damage portion MS Sheet cutting, new MS Sheet changing, welding, denting, straightening, repairing and fitting. 17. Diesel tank bracket cutting, new bracket fitting, welding and repairing. 18. Driver and co-driver sheet frame M S Sheet cutting, rusted sheet replacement. 19. Driver and co-driver seat seat new making with new rexine and foam changing. 20. Complete electrical wiring harness repairing with damage switch, light etc. new fitting. 21. Both side cabin core mudguard cutting and changing, fitting with bolt nut cutting, changing and fitting. 22. Both side cabin door glass with machine removing, machine greasing, fitting and setting. 23. Both side Cabin door quotter glass with rubber, door pad removing, changing and fitting. 24. Wiper motor complete removing, overhauling with arm and blade replacement. 25. Battery box cutting, welding, repairing and refitting with cover making (slider type). Note: MS Sheet, Plate & Angle will be provided departmentally as required. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower. |
