Jobs to be done: 1. Complete Engine piston ring, engine head valve guide & engine head stake etc. new changing and fitting. 2. Engine cylinder liner, Piston, pin, Bush, big end bearing, gasket etc. changing with required machining.3. Engine cylinder head complete refacing. 4. Engine head valve guide, seat fitting, raimring & lapping all valves. 5. Engine cylinder head water jacket opening, setting and fitting with oil pump assy. complete 01 set, diesel filter/mobil filter, Air filter/ AC Element etc to be replaced. 6. Engine cooler removing, cleaning, washing and fitting with Cooler hose pipe with clamp & Radiator hose pipe with clamp etc. to be replaced. 7. Complete clutch assy. dismantling, removing and refitting after repairing with all damage parts like clutch plate assy. and clutch pressure plate assy. etc. to be replaced. 8. Clutch pressure plate body refacing. 9. Clutch paddle complete dismantling, greasing and fitting. 10. Propeller shaft complete dismantling, necessary machining, repairing and fitting with propeller shaft teeth with sleeve 01 no, propeller shaft U J Cross 03 no, propeller shaft yoke 01 set, Propeller shaft bolt 20 no, propeller shaft cross holder 03 no, propeller shaft centre bearing with rubber 01 set etc. to be replaced. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
