Firefighting pump impeller shaft welding, repairing, making like thread new making & key portion size new making, repairing by suitable electrode.5.Fire Tender water tank body cutting, welding, repairing & necessary rusted sheet changing with water heavy leakage problem rectifying.6. Water tank body wall portion cutting, rusted sheet changing, welding and repairing.7.Complete differential O/H & machining job for 02 no gulla bearing portion new size making, differential checknut thread dia with 01 set baibal gear pinion, 01 set tail and crown, 01 set tail pinion, 01 no oil seal, 02 no crown side bearing, 01 no tail pinion flange, 02 no spindle checknut, 01 set differential packing, 01 no tail big bearing, 10 no crown bolt, 04 no crown chapa, 06 no crown side seam etc. to be replaced. 8. Complete FIP Pump assy. O/H & calibration with parts like hydraulic head 01 no, supply pump 01 no, supporting ring 01 no, T D Piston 01 no, Gov. Shaft 01 no, sealing kit 01 no, Control valve 01 no, 06 no Nozzle etc. to be replaced.9. Nozzle pressure setting & calibration.10. Feed Pump changing with parts.11. Complete brake O/H & 04 wheel greasing with brake shoe, bearing, 04 no. hub oil seal, 04 set cam bush, 02 no brake adjuster assy., 02 set brake chamber assy., 02 set hub teeth & axle teeth etc. to be replaced.12. Machining job Brake cam 04 no, hub drum policing 04 no, rear both side hub & 02 no. axle teeth new making. 13. Complete clutch assy. O/H with damage parts like 01 no Clutch plate assy., 01 set pressure plate assy., 01 set Clutch fork, 01 no release bearing, 06 No pressure plate bolt etc. to be replaced. 14. Clutch machining job for flywheel & pressure plate facing 02 no. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower. |
