Operation and Maintenance of fountaion in Nehru Balodhyan. General cleaning operation and maintenance of above fountaions its include following items.a. General cleaning of floor of fountain body. The cleaning includes brooming and wasing of all elements.b. Operation and maintenance of water supply system related to fountain by regulation of source, maintenance of supply in lead other related fittings such as hydrant, tabs, valves etc.c. Operation and maintenance of fountain,pump, fountain lights, electric, panel box, fountain fittings and other relevant fittings. Cleaning and maintenance of water bodie, water tank and around of water body and fountains nozzles etc all work related to fontain (civil/electricalwork) as per direction of engineer in charge.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for Wall cladding/ Veneering work up to 10m height with 20 to 30 mm thick Red Sand Stone (Karauli ) and backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :(To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid separately) Exposed face machine cut

Spray painting in approved shade and approved quality with Duco paint of required colour to give even shade with two or more coats by compressor including sand papering, NC putty filler coat etc complete in all respect as per design given by Engineeer incharge on new work.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish:20mm thick .

Repairing of control panel box for above pumps MCB. back up HRC fuse for pump circuit, Contactors unit with overload relay, start stop push button switch Contactors unit with overload relay, all accessories must be or Cat. I duly tested. as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Vacuum Pump set (Coupled)Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible Monoblock pump set conforming to IS 8034 and 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of speed 3000 RPM, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC and with water lubricated bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design.
